hello,

please find attached the ebuild script for the latest stable version of libmng
(1.0.3). there is one glitch, this library requires lcms and lcms has also been
revved. however it no longer uses a configure script to install and the ebuild
for lcms needs to be changed to allow installation of the latest version of lcms
(1.0.8). doing this may be beyond my capabilities since i am barely copying
files and changing single lines in build scripts :)
