dhcpd fails to start in chroot if GRKERNSEC_CHROOT_CAPS options is activate in the kernel.
Please add a check in pkg_config()

imo userland programs should not care about kernel options, especially non standard kernel options from the grsec patchset. Better to document exactly what grsec options affect what in grsec :)
