Description Andreas Weigl 2006-10-09 13:28:50 UTC
Hi
whenever I tried to create database or open an existing sqlite datebase, kexi told me that it didn't find any database drivers. So I tried knoda which also installed dev-db/hk_classes-0.7.4a on my system. Now kexi works to.

So I think there is a missing dependencie in the kexy ebuild.

Please add your emerge --info and the result of "emerge -pv <package atom>".

Comment 3 Roderick B. Greening 2007-07-07 18:31:57 UTC
Kexi appears to work correctly with USE="-mysql", so this could either be a user/system specific problem or a problem with the configure during build when mysql is enabled.

I'll test with USE="mysql" and see what happens. Can you post what version of mysql you have installed?
Comment 4 Roderick B. Greening 2007-07-07 19:21:34 UTC
This bug is unconfirmed.

I tried with USE="mysql" and I cannot reproduce the problem described above.
Comment 5 Wulf Krueger (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-07-07 19:28:01 UTC
Sorry, I've been trying to reproduce this myself for quite some time now. Using your USE flags and several other combinations, it never fails for me. No need for hk_classes. Thus, I'm resolving this as WORKSFORME.
