Description Richard Scott 2006-10-09 09:38:22 UTC
Hi,

Would it be possible for the default init.d script for Nagios to be executed after the firewall script i.e. shorewall etc?

On a reboot when Nagios comes up before the firewall it reports a false status of hosts being down. This is due to outgoing traffic not leaving the server when the firewall is coming up.

Thanks,

Richard.

Added "firewall" to init script use statement. Fixed in nagios-core 1.4.1-r1, 2.3.1-r1, 2.4-r1, and 2.5-r1.
