Please rebuild the Manifest for phpgedview-4.0.2.

  ebuild phpgedview-4.0.2.ebuild digest

Before I ran this I got the error below. It installed fine after I rebuilt the Manifest. ;)

Please disregard this bug and accept my apologies.

My files were out of sync. (I found out with a "svn st" command.)
