Description Ken Tossell 2003-02-02 19:36:25 UTC
emerge'ing xfree gets me down to the xc/Xserver/ directory, where xf86vmode.c
fails to build.

The problem is caused by the macro defined around line 621 of
programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/common/xf86str.h.

The bug can be fixed by simply removing the escaped newlines ("\ \n").

I don't know why this would happen, as the code looks good to me; it's obviously
not acceptable for the compiler that's being used.

I think this was fixed by 109_all_4.2.1-xf86_h-missing-bracket-fix.patch.bz2.
Cannot remmember the bug # now.

Closing as no traffic.
