emerge of lilo-22.7.3 installs a spurious diagnostic image diag1.img in /boot.
(Worse, if /boot is on a separate partition, that partition is not mounted before and diag1.img is installed on the partition containing the mount point.)

This problem had already been fixed in version 22.7.2-r2, see bug #141777 and lilo-22.7.2-makefile.patch. It reappeared in lilo-22.7.3.

Attached patch should fix the problem again.

Please note: src_compile does only a "make lilo" (instead of "make all"). However,  src_install does "make install" and the "install" target depends on "all".

This is addressed in 22.7.3-r1; which also has a fix for HDIO_GETGIO errors when an LVM2 container was encountered. Thanks :)
