sci herd, can you check the attached patch? If it works, I'd commit ldouble and this on a single run.
Hi Diego, The patches look fine to me (not that I could really test them ;-) ). Please let me know if you'd like me to put them in place otherwise feel free to do it yourself. Best, Markus
This version seems to be slightly dated. What about actual 3.2.2? If it still doesn't work, why not to report upstream?

I've just built sci-libs/fftw-2.1.5-r8 and sci-libs/fftw-3.2.2-r1 on Gentoo/FreeBSD. They both seem to work and pass their respective test suits, without any additional patches. Could the please be keyworded ~x86-fbsd?
