Provides DBD::CSV, a comma-separated-values file-based
DBI module with (mostly) complete SQL support.  Depends on two modules
already in portage (dev-perl/DBI and dev-perl/Text-CSV) and a new
ebuild dev-perl/SQL-Statement (submitted as bug# 14951).
