New version of Botan ebuild, tracking the unstable tree. This ebuild tested on amd64 and x86. Adds some additional asm code (enabled on the relevent archs), required versions of some libraries bumped.

Added with some modification.
Please also note that I had to patch the assembly to generate none executable stack.
I will open request for ~amd64 keyword.

Please review if OK.

Thanks. The asm patch looks fine to me. Would that also be required in the amd64 asm? (I'm not too familiar with the no-exec/hardened toolchain stuff)

I don't see a pure assembly for amd64... So I guess not... But I cannot be sure until I test it, and I don't have the means...
