Looks like that the recorded file size of the DE-locale is wrong. All others locales are around 30KB. The downloaded DE-locale, too. This should solve problem: ebuild /usr/portage/x11-plugins/enigmail/enigmail-0.94.1.ebuild digest Worked for me with linguas=de.
I belive it's fixed...
