1) open a gtksheet window (eg. testgtksheet example)
2) resize

Solution came from Roy Rankin via bug #1504169 on gtk+extra sourceforge page.

I confirmed that the patch fixes the crash through testing with the EEPROM dialog in the gpsim (dev-embedded/gpsim) application (crashed on resize and fixed with patch applied to gtk+extra) and committed as 2.1.1-r1.
