With that URL we can't mirror it, since the URL changes every time you refresh the downloads page. Plus they stated in the same page 'don't mirror/redist/packaging'. We can't add an ebuild for that version unless they change the URL to something more stable, or allow us to mirror the file. I've written them an email, and when i get a reply i'll have a look at this.
