Problem is known, see also workarround at: http://dvdstyler.sourceforge.net/wiki/FAQMjpegtoolsError open the file /usr/bin/dvd-slideshow with editor and add on each line with "ppmtoy4m" the option "-S 420mpeg2" but now I get the bashbug #133635 :o(
Perhaps that parameters should be set correct already in the ebuild. If someone attaches a patch that will be commited.
