It seems to be reason, why pyzor doesnt work in x64.

Please, always stick ebuild name and version into bug summary. Now, did you try to recompile gdbm?

You need to add the gdbm use flag in your make.conf file, then re-emerge python.
The new pyzor-0.4.0-r3 ebuild warns the user if the gdbm useflag is not set.

ok i recompiled python, gdbm support were added and its ok now.
