Build Identifier: 

The packages media-sound/splay and media-sound/mp3blaster both contains file
/usr/bin/splay.

From sources it seems to be than former standalone project splay have been
included into mp3blaster.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge media-sound/splay
2.FEATURES='collision-protect' emerge media-sound/mp3blaster

yeah the workaround would be to make them block each other I guess

I just renamed splay and splay.1 manpage to osplay in order to prevent collisions and not set a blocker, this is more clean imho.

just to leave something written : 
renaming splay was a bad idea since cplay calls it.
We've been the other way, renaming mp3blaster's splay to splay_mp3blaster.
