robbat2 suggested I file this bug to request recovery of http://dev.gentoo.org/~rac/binaries.html .

There's been a lot of discussion of this subject recently on #gentoo, and I would like to read rac's opinion on the matter. Fieldy and doc have also expressed interest in reading it. If someone can find the time to recover it, I'd appreciate it.
