Description Gilles Schintgen 2006-09-19 15:38:03 UTC
It seems that the poppler-patched kpdf provided by Gentoo has a serious printing bug: it *forces* duplex printing. In fact, this renders kpdf pretty much useless for printing. Even for single page documents it's annoying since it uses the duplex unit to print an empty second page on the reverse side.

Comment 1 Carsten Lohrke (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-04-04 20:33:07 UTC
Hello Gilles, I suppose this isn't an issue anymore with >=kpdf-3.5.5-r1?!
Comment 2 Gilles Schintgen 2007-04-06 11:43:07 UTC
Indeed, it's working correctly in kpdf-0.5.6-r1.

Thanks a lot!
