www-misc/wsmake fails to build because it calls epatch() without inheriting
the eutils eclass.  The attached patch fixes this.

  The patch also removes the PS and PDF manual tarballs from SRC_URI as they
aren't even used.  And the direct configure call is replaced with econf().

  The HTML version of the user manual is gone in the patch too, because it 
contains many broken links to subsection file that were never generated.  There 
is already a plain text copy of the manual being installed, so you aren't
really losing much.
