Received from mirror admin when emailed directly.  Suggest removing from .us rotation until they can get issue resolved. :)

"we're aware of the problem.  we lost a major storage fiber channel and we can't
get access to about 4Tb of our disks.  sooo, all of links point to nothing.  we don't
exactly know what the problem is but we're working on it now.

I've removed the mirror from the rsync.us rotation.
