Bug 147990 – app-emacs/u-vm-color-2.8 version bump

According to author site, u-vm-color (which is stuck on 1.7 release in gentoo portage) has several versions late :) Latest release is 2.8.

Here is a new gentoo ebuild file plus its companion (init file).

Please include this (fixes many outstanding bugs plus add several features and whatsover, it really works now here).

I could have put this one at a lower priority -i.e. enh, but since it is buggy here with the current release from portage, I put this at normal. I hope it is the way I should have done it.

Added ebuild to Portage, some minor corrections (used tabs), renamed the init file to not collide with version 1.7.  Requested keywording from ppc and amd64 in bug #153517

Thank you for providing, test it and file a bug, if something is broken.
