I deleted the pyorbit.-2.14.0.tar.bz2 file and tried to re-emerge...and I also tried different gentoo mirrors.  They all resulted in the  same errors.

Don't restrict bugs without any reason. Leave the checkboxes alone if you have no clue what they are about, please.

Digest is correct here, even after re-downloading the .tar.gz.  Either it was fixed, or you need to resync or remove an overlay.
