1 I don't have this file on my system. am I supposed to? 
2 the sample file has no comments. I have no Idea what any of the sample means. I suppose I can look it up on google but I shouldn't have to do that. can we get some description for this file and how to modify it and what each column  means (assuming that how it's delimited)

If you had the package, you'd have the file and its comments are pretty obvious.

hmmm... seems I have the package... yet no file? is this another bug?
