The Upgrade to gnucash 2.0.1 brought some problems: Some of the accounts contain German umlauts äöü these are no longer displayed properly If gnucash is started the errorlog of Postgres produces: ERROR: syntax error at or near "LISTFIELDS" at character 1 I tried with LANG set to de_DE and leaving it empty still the same result I have one account where I no longer can do any bookings.

Postgres isn't really supported under gnucash 2.0. :( Umlauts should be well-supported. Might I suggest taking the problem upstream?
i habe to add that i now can not change or add data in any of the accounts
Konstantin, I've filed two bugs upstream -- please CC yourself to those bugs: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358357 http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358358 Thanks. Until this is sorted, I will not request stabling on the rest of the arches. I may even push 2.0.1 back into ~x86 and ~amd64
