Just did an upgrade using webapp-config from 3.6.0 to 3.6.1 of request tracker.

the /var/www/<host>/rt-3.6.1/var directory needs to be chown'd to apache:apache otherwise session data isn't cached, and RT spits out some cryptic permission denied message upon launch.

3.6.0 seemed to set the permissions correctly-
