The kio_fish ebuild is depricated now that kde 3.1 is out as detailed in bug 12333  
 
With no additional ebuilds installed (other than the standard kde ones) I can 
browse to fish://user@host and it all works as expected.

perhaps somebody will want kio_fish in KDE2.x 
 
.... some hacking on the ebuld would be needed though...

OK, I've decided that it's the best policy for now to have such ebuilds print a big notice that 
they've been superceded. I don't want to remove/mask them for much the same reasons we 
still keep kde 2.2.2 ebuilds around, but they'll be deprecated and I won't fix problems that are 
fixed in the newer versions. 
Of course this just makes you wish the 'subpackages' stuff was here but I'm afraid it won't be 
anytime soon... 
 
This is done now for kio_fish, krfb and connectiva-crystal plus the standalone kstars ebuild was 
removed earlier. Tell me if I left anything out...
