emerge java-config-2.0.28-r1 raises an access violation:

Upgrade your sandbox to latest stable before reporting sandbox issues.

ok - with the latest stable sandbox, it works for me too.

But if you should use the latest stable sandbox to report bugs, why does not the latest stable portage depend on the latest stable sandbox ebuild then?
