Installing my own application's german docs lets realize me that the directory /usr/kde/3.5/share/doc/HTML/de/common and its contents is missing. Even the kde-i18n german language pack docs (like amor located in /usr/kde/3.5/share/doc/HTML/de/amor/...) has a symlink pointing to the missing directory above. This is the reason why i wrote a bug item agains kde-i18 (de). Maybe other languages are also affected. Looking into the source package kde-i18n-de-3.5.2.tar.bz2 i see that there is really a common directory (with some files) existing.
