Bug 147383 – app-admin/sysstat-7.0.0 version bump

There exists a newer version of app-admin/sysstat now. Marked as stable version at http://perso.orange.fr/sebastien.godard/

I also suggest that the ebuild creates a rc-script executing
"/usr/lib/sa/sadc -F -L -" as suggested in http://perso.orange.fr/sebastien.godard/documentation.html

There are even other 6.x versions available at site, but not available at portage.

Unfortunately, looks like sysstat is unmaintained...

I make update to sysstat-7.0.2
include crontab(from dist) and init.d need files
also remove gcc4 patch - I tested on gcc version 4.1.1 - all ok

Great! 

I have tested your ebuild, and it works for me.  I get a lot of warnings from gcc-4.1.1 but I think it's safe to ignore them.

What about review my suggest ebuild ?
it install cron and init.d files also
and never version is 7.0.2
