Steps to Reproduce:
1.execute gaim
2.click "About" on the menu bar
3.
Actual Results:

Showing the Gaim About window.

Could you please recompile GTK+ and Gaim with -O2 instead of -O3 and see if the problem still exists?

Thanks a lot
It's OK after I recompile both of them with -O2.
