Openoffice-bin (2.0.3) wizards, like the initial registration and licenese, are sized beyond the 1024x768 desktop size and cannot be resized. Therefore its nearly impossible on some wizards, like the formula wizards in oocalc-2 to use it.

You'll need to tell upstream, we can't fix openoffice-bin.
