ffmpeg is missing samr codec needed to play .3gp files' audio
xine gives me message 
Audio codec (samr) unavailable.
I have ffmpeg compiled with amr useflag enabled

For me: mplayer can playback audio of 3gp files, xine cannot.

please mark this RESOLVED WONTFIX

xine won't play AMR audio files because the AMR decoder is _not_ GPL-2 so xine-lib will _not_ use it
