This ebuild solve the problems in #143267 for me.

But... Is it possibile for this ebuild to provide media-libs/libgpod?
It's essential to satisfy the deps for the other packages.

Sure, rename it to media-libs/libgpod/libgpod-9999.ebuild and emerge it. Our policy strongly discourages live CVS ebuilds, ask upstream for a new release or grab a patch from CVS to fix the referenced bug.
