Description Alan Briolat 2006-09-05 06:17:33 UTC
Gparted 0.3 is out. Copied and modified gparted-0.2.5 ebuild to use higher versions of its dependancies as outlined in the release notes. Builds and runs, no problems as far as I can tell.

i think we should depend on sys-apps/parted-1.7.1-r1 since it includes a patch to fix an annoying segfault in 1.7.1

well, it doesn't matter because -r0 is no longer in the tree

alright, this is in CVS now. thanks for the notice.

blubb, did you know i released 0.3.1 a couple of days ago? ;)
It adds some safety improvements for moving and i think it's better to have that one in portage than 0.3

thanks!

Sorry guys, seeming as I posted the bug I should have made a comment when I saw it get bumped again on gnomefiles.org, but I was very busy at the time, and it slipped my mind (as these things do...) :(

As far as I can tell, just renaming the ebuild for a version bump to 0.3.1 from 0.3 works fine - still builds and runs at any rate ;)

I'll leave the bug as "RESOLVED" so its up to you if you want to make another change.
Comment 7 Simon Stelling (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-09-15 13:10:51 UTC
damn, you're just 2fast4me ;)
anyway, added 0.3.1 in favor of 0.3.0 to the tree, so this can remain RESOLVED FIXED :)

speaking about fast :)
thanks blubb!
