This is used by svncache.eclass to prevent user prompts. It installs various SSL certs needs for svn, which svncache then links into ~/.subversion/...

- we can't include this w/o standard copyright header (see skel.ebuild)
- typo in SLOT
- empty SRC_URI???
- see Bug 141806 and figure this out on gentoo-dev ML.
