Attached is (well, will be) a new ebuild for spread which:
 * includes an initscript
 * correctly creates the 'spread' user (in pkg_setup)
 * correctly creates /var/run/spread (in src_install)
I'll also attach this as a diff against the existing ebuild.

 * removes the (I think?) useless dependency on libc
