Bug 146243 – media-video/dvgrab-1.8 uses libquicktime when USE=-quicktime

configure-script has no possibility to disable quicktime support when USE=-quicktime.

If libquicktime is installed then configure-script will use it.

Used versions dvgrab-1.8, libquicktime-0.9.7/0.9.9 (both will be auto-detected, with 0.9.9 bug #142107 stops me)

Changed parameter to --with-libquicktime. Added --with-libjpeg as that is also controlled via use-flag.
Can someone verify that this patch is ok.
