Description James Rowe 2006-09-01 18:43:17 UTC
matchbox-applet-input-manager spits out a lot of debug messages, to the
point it completely obscures any other console messages. The attached patch
fixes this. It is already fixed in the upstream tree, but there hasn't been
a new release which incorporates the change.

Thanks

James

1/ That's the whole point of debug.
2/ Such stuff needs to go upstream.
3/ Noone forces you to use debug. ;)

Thanks.

  I'm reopening because:

Except that this appears when debug is *unset*.

It is fixed upstream, but until a new release is cut and appears in
portage this package is bordering on being completely unusable.

Same as 1. The problem occurs when you're not using debug.

Oh... should have told that in the first place... ;)

Comment 5 James Rowe 2006-09-02 02:49:28 UTC
The summary specifically says "non-debug builds", but yeah I could have
definitely made it more clear in the text. I'll try in future :)

Completely forgot about this one, sorry for the delay.

Fixed in CVS.
