"emerge mod_dav" reports the following:

 * Execute "ebuild
/var/db/pkg/mod_dav-1.0.3-r1/mod_dav-1.0.3-r1/mod_dav-1.0.3-r1.ebuild config"
 * to have your apache.conf auto-updated for use with this module.
 * You should then edit your /etc/conf.d/apache file to suit.

the path should be :

ebuild /var/db/pkg/net-www/mod_dav-1.0.3-r1/mod_dav-1.0.3-r1.ebuild config
