Bug 145610 – What should have been done to host Gentoo dist on my Tracker?

hi, infra-team,

Question was received from the Japanese user. 
That user's site is here(http://www.ceena.net/).
He is not good at english, so I asked in substituting. 

He endeavors that it will make the torrent service 
in the Japanese country be popular. 

What should have been done to host Gentoo dist on his Tracker site?
He want to know rule? policy? and so on.

Please tell him(me).

I emailed a response to your original email to me asking this question but I'll repeat it here for everyone.

Have your friend visit torrents.gentoo.org and download the torrents he wants to help seed. Open those torrents in his preferred torrent client. Thank him for his support of Gentoo. Done.

 I'm sorry I just now realized what it is your friend is trying to do. He wants to list our torrents on his tracker. 

That is fine with me. Tell him I have scrape turned on so he can mirror our torrents with no problem. If he doesn't understand what "scrape" is then he can just list our torrents on his tracker and let the gentoo tracker take care of coordinating everything.

Because of technical issue of his(http://www.ceena.net/ site Admin) Tracker,
he selected list Gentoo's torrents on his tracker, not "scrape".

At the beggining, he has provided 4 files.
-livecd-i686-installer-2006.1
-livecd-amd64-installer-2006.1
-livedvd-amd64-installer-2006.1
-livedvd-i686-installer-2006.1
