i think it's related with scons, i tried reemerging it but it didn't work. Here's my top build's error and emerge --info.

Don't think this has anything to do w/ blender, looks like broken scons.

That maybe the reason, i think so too. I have dev-util/scons-0.96.1.
I'll try reemerging all dependencies of scons and see what i get.
By the way, has someone succeded in emerging blender-game with this scons version?

Ok, i've solved the problem. Like Jakub Moc mentioned, it has nothing to do with blender, it's scons problem. I've emerged the latest version scons-0.96.91 (it's hard masked because it's still being tested) and succefully emerged blender with 'blender-game' flag.
