Description Regin 2006-08-30 02:43:46 UTC
Hi, path in chpax-conf are messed up!

- (all ~archs) /etc/conf.d/chpax uses old path references to OpenOffice:
  is: openoffice="/opt/OpenOffice.org*/program/soffice.bin"
  should be: openoffice="/usr/lib/openoffice/program/soffice.bin"

- (only ~amd64) because of /usr/lib has been split some time ago to /usr/lib32 & /usr/lib64 some changes in /etc/conf.d/chpax are needed:

is: mozilla="/usr/lib/MozillaFirefox/firefox-bin /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin"
must be: mozilla="/usr/lib32/MozillaFirefox/firefox-bin /usr/lib32/mozilla/mozilla-bin"

is: wine="/usr/lib/wine/bin/{wine{,build,clipsrv,dump,gcc,server,wrap,-{k,p}thread},w{mc,rc,idl}}"
should be: wine="/usr/lib32/wine/bin/{wine{,build,clipsrv,dump,gcc,server,wrap,-{k,p}thread},w{mc,rc,idl}}"

otherwise pax-settings are not set correct on startup of chpax...

I forget to mention:

- @amd64-arch the OO2-Path in /etc/conf.d/chpax should be openoffice="/usr/lib32/openoffice/program/soffice.bin"

I'm taveling and dont have access to commit anything to the tree for a few weeks. For now simply edit your own config file and set the correct paths.
When I return to active I'm not sure if I really want to fix this either
as chpax is now obsolete in favor of >=paxctl-0.4

chpax is now obsolete. Please upgrade to using paxctl and uninstall chpax as needed.
