Edited /lib/rcsripts/net.modules.d/wpa_supplicant to work on gfbsd. Ugly edit, I must admit. My sis0 now wants to start wpa_supplicant while it's not a wireless iface. I'll look into that. Attachment follows
Created attachment 95221 [details] the rcscript itself The edited wpa_supplicant rcscript
Created attachment 95222 [details] rcscripts-wpa.patch As suggested in #gentoo-bsd, here's the thingie as a patch :D
Created attachment 95225 [details, diff] wpa_supplicant.diff Maybe this is better ;)
Looks sharper yes. Again, I said it was ugly ;-)
How can I test if an interface is wireless on fbsd? Under linux we have /proc/net/wireless and the new sysfs structure to find out.
Never mind, this will be fixed for baselayout-1.13
baselayout-1.13.0_alpha1 is in portage now
