Bug 145271 – media-plugins/kipi-plugins-0.1.2 version bump + new homepage

Gentoo somehow missed to bump kipi-plugins to the current version 0.1.2 that is out for some time now. 

This may be partly due to the fact that the kipi-project has a new homepage (see URL) but this is not well known as of yet.

Please update the homepage infos in the ebuild to reflect the new homepage (applies to libkipi and libkexif too). And please do a version bump for kipi-plugins, too ;)

A working ebuild for kipi-plugins. I updated the HOMEPAGE-line, the rest is the same as the 1.0_rc2 ebuild.

kipi-plugins 1.2 was added by someone else already, I have now updated the homepage to the current url.
