The newest version of ices does not support MP3 streaming, if you want that you have to get ices 0.4, so I think 0.4 needs to be added back to portage.

No, we are not going to stick back years-old junk that's been punted almost two years ago. Feel free to grab it from WebCVS or ask upstream to put MP3 streaming support back.
