People are constantly confusing stage1 with livecd-stage1, not understanding that "stages" refers to stage[123], etc. We should change the name of the livecd targets to something that doesn't include "stage" for our own sanity.

So, now that we have decent caching support in catalyst, as well as autoresume, I've contemplated merging livecd-stage1 and livecd-stage2 into simply "livecd" as a target.  Of course, this wouldn't go in until the catalyst 2.1 branch, but it would very closely mirror the stage4 target.

This bug hasn't been touched in 5 years, clearly no one cares to do it.  More than not caring enough to implement it I don't think it's a good idea at all.
