Hi,

I released Fail2ban 0.7.0. This is an almost complete rewrite of Fail2ban with multithreading support, client/server, better configuration files, etc. I consider it as alpha software so I suggest you add it as masked.

I have not yet adapted the init.d script so there is none in this release. A quick howto is available here:

Hi,

I found a critical bug in 0.7.0. I will fix it this evening and release 0.7.1. I should have time to create a new init.d script too.

0.7.1 fixes a few bugs. I also added a Gentoo init.d script.

A new release is available. Fail2ban can now take advantage of Gamin if available and can watch several files in one jail. "logpath" supports wildcards.

There is no "gamin" USE and I don't think that "fam" is appropriated. I left IUSE empty. Any suggestion?
