There's a http://www.mod-xslt2.com but I don't think it's the same project

You can remove the wrong url from the ebuild.

And replace it with what? There is no correct URL, but it cannot be blank.

Yeah, I didn't find any homepage for this particular fork we are using. There's plenty of others, but not any homepage for this one.

What is the meaning of leaving a wrong URL in an ebuild?
What do you use for package without a website? I don't think this is the only one.
Maybe you could use www.gentoo.org
