Description Luke A. Guest 2006-08-19 07:33:19 UTC
GNOME will lock up when trying o logout or restart the machine when the volume applet is in the panel.

Basically, removing the volume applet from the panel fixes this, but it's annoying not being to have the applet in the panel at all times.

Luke.

try rebuilding gnome-applets (if you've updated alsa or gstreamer recently, this may help)
Comment 2 Luke A. Guest 2006-08-19 08:35:43 UTC
Yeah, this seems to fix the problem.

Thanks,
Luke.
