Seamonkey 1.0.4 was released almost two weeks ago. I understand that there were minor changes for this release, but I still believe that the version should be bumped.

Created attachment 94830 [details] Hacky ebuild - uses patches from 1.0.3 A simple hacky ebuild that uses patches from 1.0.3, to allow installation of 1.0.4
The "hacky" ebuild would be fine and would have been in portage long ago if it didn't fail building on my x86 box. Even when building from a freshly installed + updated 2006.0 stage3 tarball it fails on my x86 box. I'd expect many others would suffer the same problem and haven't added it yet because of that.
Created attachment 94988 [details] Seamonkey deps from working x86 machine list was generated with: emerge --tree --oneshot -ep seamonkey > seamonkey-deps See if you can spot the difference. I use some ~x86 packages :)
Please note seamonkey-1.0.5 planed release is September 7th : http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.dev.apps.seamonkey/msg/2715267dd948fa02
there's a ebuild for seamonkey 1.0.5 see: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147651
Shouldn't be closed this bug?
